Update for ServiceM8 Users:

It has been reported that some ServiceM8 users have encountered an error to one or two of their automatically imported ServiceM8 Jobs. The error displayed is:

(‘Received response with content-encoding: gzip, but failed to decode it.”, error(‘Error -3 while decompressing: incorrect data check’.))

First reports of this error were on Tuesday 29th January, users could manually retry the import through ServiceM8 Jobs in their Admin Console and it would successfully import. The issue has been identified as originating from ServiceM8 and we are currently developing the solution for Flat Rate NOW.

Please note that this fix will be deployed overnight 30th of January 2019.

As of the 31st of January, Flat Rate NOW will automatically retry any job that was imported with this error – you will not have to visit your Admin Console and manually retry these jobs.
