We took our service offline for approximately four hours during the Easter Long weekend to install new hardware, including servers, storage devices, and critical components, to enhance our performance and meet the increasing demands of our users.

Over the Easter Long Weekend, we gave our hardware a big upgrade, but what does this mean?

Why is this upgrade so important? As our user base continues to grow and more tradies access our service to develop quotations for their customers, the burden on our hardware also increases. Our old hardware was reaching its limit, but with our new and improved hardware, we can handle so much more.
